I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I was offered two "free hot-dogs" via emailThe offer has been rejected because the hot-dogs would not actually be free since I have already paid for them but never received themThe whole interaction was a negative one, from beginning to end, including the emails back and forth from random people that are representing the franchise offering me essentially the exact same thingAt this point, there is nothing that can be done to resolve this issueI do not want free hot-dogs as I will never be visiting this particular Sams or any other Sams Hot Dog affiliateI hope that the can improve the quality of employees that they hire and offer some sort of customer service training.
