Please explain how your trademark or copyright rights has ANYTHING to do with your company filing a counterfeit claim with ***Please show where under your trademark or copyright gives your company permission to falsely accuse an item of being a counterfeitWhat is the evidence your company has that the item in question is counterfeit? Your company filed this claim under *** code which states "Item(s) is a counterfeit product which infringes the trademark owner's rights."The account that your company erroneously got restricted is an account that does several millions in revenue a month and is one of the biggest accounts on ***Whether deliberately or unintentionally, your company claimed to *** specifically that we are selling counterfeit itemsThis restriction is causing substantial irreparable damages each day.We have absolutely no plans to even relist the item in question but we need access to our account back.
