Sam Van Horm told me there would be no charge for *** to come to my house and upgrade our gasHe has been giving me the run around for months He is dishonest *** has it documented they spoke to Sam on 7/and told him there would be a cost Sam never called or initiated one call after he received paymentI have since spoken to another electrician to get their expertise and the bottom line is, Sam didn't do what he was contracted to do He has never had any complaints because people give up What Sam did was unethical and wrong! I hope after our incident, he won't scam anyone else.
