Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their response that they replaced the border because we weren't happy with it is not accurate The border was replaced because they forgot to cover it before installing the driveway, so concrete got all over the border and they couldn't get it off The replacement of the border was to correct an error they made.Their response that they will have someone contact us in a few weeks, because they cannot assess it at this time is not acceptable There is no reason why someone cannot assess it right awayThey have told us multiple times that they would be out and didn't show Why should we believe it this time.I believe their response is just a way to get this complaint closed The issues have not been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On July 17th we patched and sealed his cracksHis project is under warranty and we will fix/repair any issues that he may have in the future

Hired this company to tear out and repour a garage floorI had to insist on them getting a permitHe came back week later and stated the permit was expensive and that he had to jump through a bunch of hoops so it would cost moreI agreed to pay and extra $for the permit; more weeks went by and he sends me a text stating it was to much hassle and he couldn't get itIt is now the end of November and I had to rush to find another company to do itCome to find out the permit was only $total and the new company got it in hourMy guess is he was trying to get me to pay for his past red flags....I don't knowWhat I do know is that I am disabled and had to get my family to move all my stuff in a hurry out of the garage and into storage only to wait and wait!!! He cost me an extra months storage fee and if it weren't for this other company bailing me out who knows how many months would have gone by before they could have had the weather to pour itSam the concrete man is a lying *** who tried to take advantage of a disabled person

I have notified authorities that *** *** has committed felony fraud for writing unauthorized checks from a company account and is in possession of company property which does not belong to him. This matter will be dealt with through the local *** legal system and authorities***
should have a warrant out for his arrest soon and will be tried for bank fraudI am happy to provide proof of fraud upon request*** is not a customer and this complaint is not validPlease treat accordingly

 I use the race card because  I'll bet none of your white customers had to wait 6 months to get their concrete sealed, and I'l bet you they can close and lock their garage door. I'll bet their patio isn't cracking in two places and its  less than a year old. What else should I think. [redacted] responds like so what. I work had for mine and I don't feel like I got what I paid for.How many of his white customers feel that way? There work was done correctly so there won't be any. I feel the way they've made me feel.
