Sam "the Cement Man"

Contractor(Sam) came out to assess the work and explained he would make the requested repairs to (2)retainer walls to (2) window openings and repair broken bottom step and that the walls would be cemented to make straight. the contractor patched existing walls(2) and (2)window openings and left the walls uneven, discolored and the areas treated chipping,... the contractor spattered concrete on existing cement blocks and even on the adjacent property... the job was done very poorly and the finish is sloppy. the job is very unprofessional, and the outcome is not the desired results the contractor promised....
