I am rejecting this response because: Although the consumer did not have a separate contract with the business, she believed the business was doing the repair for the approx$6, He knew she did NOT want to pay the $1,out of pocket If he could not have done it for that, she would have asked someone else to do it The consumer would also like to clarify the matter of the checks The one check for $2,was actually voided, because it was made out to multiple parties The consumer was only given the $6,some toward the work.The consumer is only partially satisfied The ceiling is slight bowed in the front and there are some other issues that she does not want to have the business address at this time

The consumer signed a contract with the business for $7, The consumer has paid the business $6, She has not paid the remaining $1,balance.The consumer was under the impression that the insurance company would cover all of the repairs However, her insurance agent
had informed her that she had a $1,deductible, which would be her responsibility to pay.The business owner notes from the documents submitted by the consumer, that the consumer has received almost $9,from her insurance company: $2,on 2/6, $2,on 5/17, and $4,on 5/18, totaling $ 8,782.53.The business would like to know whether the consumer is satisfied with the work performed

Although the consumer did not have a separate contract with the business, she believed the business was doing the repair for the approx. $6,000.  He knew she did NOT want to pay the $1,000 out of pocket.  If he could not have done it for that, she would have asked someone else to do it.  The consumer would also like to clarify the matter of the checks.  The one check for $2,113.85 was actually voided, because it was made out to multiple parties.  The consumer was only given the $6,000 some toward the work.The consumer is only partially satisfied.  The ceiling is slight bowed in the front and there are some other issues that she does not want to have the business address at this time.
