Sam Fencing

Review: Disabled person. Fence was installed in December 2007, company did indicated owner of property as the previous owner. Furthermore ADA request was not honored, nor was fenced placed on property line as indicated in survey provided to company. Fence is molding and was supposed to be of pressure treated wood. Nor were nails installed in part of fence. Have been extremely ill since and have received no reply to phone calls. Sick of trying to contact these people!!!Desired Settlement: To move fence to properly line, have lost 1 foot of my yard to this mistake. Nail the fence!! Correct Basic Site Plan Permit w City of Roanoke.

To whom it may concern,Sam Fencing has made several attempts since receiving this notice to contact the customer who made these statements. At no point has she tried to contact us in any format to resolve any issues she may have. The fence we installed was pressure treated and of excellent quality. We also did get a permit for the fence and it was installed inside the property line as indicated on the permit (a copy is on record with the City of Roanoke and in our office for review). We will of course like the opportunity to remedy any issues she may have and hope for a phone call back to discuss.
