Review: I purchased a New Fender Telecaster guitar from Guitar Center. The guitar did not have a scratch on it ,but did need some service. I use Sam Ash's guitar tech. because he is good , and Sam Ash is a Fender authorized service center. At Sam Ash the guitar tech. evaluates the instruments condition when he receives it and writes it on a 3 copy form. On my copy he wrote excellent and I left. When I went back a week later to get it the side of the guitar was cracked , and the copy the store had an addition to the excellent ( excellent - with a ding on the side. ) When I asked what happened I was told that's the way it was brought in. Sam Ash devalued my instrument by cracking it and called me a Liar!Desired Settlement: Since the [redacted] Sam Ash thinks I'm blind and a Liar. I would like someone from Sam Ash's consumer relations to resolve this issue. Not only with me but with the store in question.
