"Customer Service" on their website ([redacted]) is a joke. Apparently, a bunch of kids playing games with customer inquiries. Will do business elsewhere.

Review: Hello Revdex.com for over the past 6 months or so sam ash music stoes have had on going open mic nights where people are encouraged to play original music and after they play they are issued a register receipt for 10 dollars-at forst the system worked well,but since the begnining of august I have been perpetually given the run around and dealt with [redacted] in corporate and [redacted],I was told they implemented a new paying system which is bait and switch so far since I have not recieved one gift card since the begining of august today is october [redacted] on todays date for like the [redacted] or so time has told me that the gift cards were sent last thursday in septemember-he has said this many times I have also dealt with the paramus new jersey store itself and one tells me to contact the other-but this all falls on corporates hands-they said they have a new system sending out the cards-but when will I receieve them??weeks have gone by and they have strung me along every week with aggravation and possibly lies-sinceto this day october [redacted] 2013 I have not recieved anything so far since the end of july/begining of august time....Please look into this situation for me I feel tha is only far-i have run into other people who also have NOT rECEIVED anything but they are to afraid to say anything but i'm not like that-i even sent from liverpool england once boat delievery on records (LP'S and got them sooner than this supposite new system anyways-i still want my guift cards sometimes I played an hour and really earned them as opposed to one song by some people and I short talk to you soon-[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like all the gift cards owed to me including septemembers performace which is between minimally 4 and up to possibly 6 gifts cards owed to me and if they were decent they would give a bonus for my 2 months of hell following up on these things

The program of gift cards is now running smoothly. Our system was revised in July. All August cards were mailed. [redacted] earned 3 (Aug. *, *, **) and he should have them by now. The September cards are scheduled to be sent next week. Among them is one for him.
