I pre-paid for the Country Inn & Suites in Slidell LouisianaI arrived at 6pm day of check in"June 11,"The sign at the front desk states " check in is at 3pm " I was being checked in by Candace I was told by candace that my room was not readyI was asked to wait while house keeping rushed to clean my roomI pointed to the sign and told Candace that it was an inconvenience for me to waitCandace replied "its not that big of a deal and I wont have to wait long' Again I responded by letting Candace know the seemingly check in policyIt clearly states (sign on the counter ) at 3pm and that they were already over hours behindAgain Candace brushed off my concerns and boldly told me "it's not a big deal" I asked about a discounted room due to the inconvienceCandace replied "absolutely not" and that I should be more understanding
I responded to their customer survey, and Candance respondedShe acknowledeged my wait in her first sentence but then later said I did not

customer's Roland SPD-SX with another SPD-SX from our stock and we will honor the remaining extended service on the replacement unit for its remaining term plus the extra month spent waiting for the repair.  Please contact the store to arrange for pickup.
