Review: Store has a large sign in the window says ALL CLOTHES AND SHOES 50% OFF letters being aprox. 4 inches high to get your attention and draw you in. Then when you go in and shop you are told the items you have selected are not half off because they do not have a special colored tag. I have no problem with that except for the fact that on the door under the main big lettered sign is another laminated piece of construction paper that also says CLOTHES AND SHOES 50% OFF also in large letters. In a single line at the very bottom of the page is a line of very small letters saying this color tag only. I have pictures of all signage through the store and can provide them to you.When I got to the register I did not have double the money to be able to pay for the clothes and shoes I had selected and was very saddened to have to admit in front of a line of shoppers that I did not have the money... I brought the signage to their attention and was told I should have looked closer to the si gn and was told that I should pay the full amount instead of putting things back. I asked to see the manager and the manager again repeated that I should have read the sign.. I took the manager to the sign and asked him to show mw the place where it said this tag only.... Then was told that it was also written on a white board just inside the door... I looked at this board and it said 50% OFF ALL CLOTHES AND SHOES under that was a very small W/ then way down the page in very small letters was with this color tag again I have pictures. I asked if we the manager and I could come to an agreement on the signage could he do anything about it? He said no. I asked for the number of his higher up and after a hassle was given it. I called this higher up I believe a district manager in Erie Pa. She agreed that somrthing may need changed but that isthe way they do things in all their stores but she would look into it. I told her I would goo back to the store in two weeks and see if any changes were made and again nothing was done.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this changed because people have been misrepresented to many times and stand the same issue. I am 80% blind and cold not have seen the sign All I would like to see is on the sign that says (this tag only) that the letter be the same size as the 50% OFF ALL SHOES AND CLOTHS. It was terrible for me to have to go through what I did...
