Salvage Custom

Had to wait 4 months for a $600 product and then after waiting they sent me another invoice telling me I owed them another $50 for shipping. Neither the wait time or the extra shipping cost were discussed beforehand. The original wait time listed was 6-8 weeks not 17.

Review: On February 25th, 2013, I ordered a product from Salvage Custom for $768.82. I was told that my order would be built within a few months. Not a problem. Well, on May 2nd of that same year I had come to the conclusion that I would need to ask for a refund since my order had not yet been built and since the money I paid for it was worth more to me than receiving the product. On May 6th I received a response saying that they did not have the money to refund me at the time but that they would return the refund as soon as possible. That was almost a year ago and basically ever since then we've been writing back and forth trying to resolve this with nothing to show for it. I'll ask what the status on the refund is and they'll say that it's close but that they don't have money yet. Promises are always made on their end and then an explanation is made by them when the promise isn't fulfilled. In all this time I've still received nothing. On February 22nd, 2014 I had lost all hope in my refund being made so I asked them if they'd be willing to just send me a product so that I can sell it on my own to receive my money back. I just didn't know what else to do. I had reached a point of no hope. They told me that that idea was fine and that they'd finish a product to send to me by the next week. 4 weeks have passed and still nothing. Another promise made on their end with nothing to show for it. At this point I just really need my $768.82 back. I feel like I've tried everything to get it done. I did not want to reach this point but I honestly don't have hope that this will resolve. I've been as patient as I know how to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
