I took my dogs to Salty Paws for grooming and was unsatisfied with the results on one of themMy husband called them and asked for a refundThe owner became very aggressive but offered to try to fix the issue and told my husband to call the groomer directly to schedule an appointmentMy husband asked if the owner could arrange it for him and the owner said "***" and hung up the phoneThe owner then wrote a scathing *** post that used my husbands full name to try to embarrass him in our small townThe owner claimed my husband called them and cussed them out but this is and phone records can prove that we never called them back a second timeMy husband and I feel harassed by the owner
