I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have to be out by the end of the month from this address and just needed more time had they informed me of the other disconnect I would have been able to pay more when I paid the last disconnect

This customer did make a payment on 7/18 but that payment was for an extension we had granted her on her previous bill due 6/10.  The due date of the extension was 7/9 and she did not pay this amount until 7/18. By this time she had another bill due 7/10 with a disconnect date of...

7/25.   We were at her location to disconnect but we gave her 1 hour to come up with payment.  Once we have been to the location to disconnect we will not accept partial payment on the bill.  Amount past due must be paid in full.
