Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because they refused to offer any form of compensation even REMOTELY CLOSE to the amount of the discrepancy in vehicle value, or hardship, or illegal and fraudulent nature
of their sale! Additionally, immediately upon retrieving my vehicle from them, the tachometer was broken AND the check engine light was on! And they COMPLETELY REFUSED TO HELP ME!
Sincerely,

72 months to 75 months. [redacted] then got very agitated and threatened to “Blast Us With Bad Reviews” if we didn’t find a way to go 72 months. We then reduced the price over $600 to get to 72 months and reach his desired payment. He then came back to the dealership to purchase the 2015 F350. He never asked for GPS or any other options. He signed all of the paperwork including the state “as-is” as equipped form, a nothing additional promised or implied form and consummated the deal. At delivery he told the sales person that he is very happy and appreciated us for lowering the price to accommodate his payment. Mr. [redacted] later finds that in the VIN generated description of the truck the GPS/Navigation availability and wants to hold the dealer hostage demanding $800 so he can buy the navigation system or he will continue writing bad reviews contending we are liars and cheaters. The Dealers disclosure states that customers are to verify desired equipment. As stated on our disclosure, VIN based option lists may not pertain to each and every model variations. Approximately one week after [redacted]’ purchase he began posting, with several different / made up names, derogatory reviews calling us liars / cheaters and demanding $800 from us. On two separate occasions we have given him a 100% money back offer to bring the truck back and go buy another truck of his choice. He refuses and insists that we owe him $800. He came to the dealership, test drove the truck, went home and came back to the dealership to take delivery of the truck. Never once asked for or questioned any of the options. We feel we have stepped up in good faith and have tried to make [redacted] happy, as he said he was at delivery. We have tried to the tune of over $600 to accommodate [redacted]’ demands but have to stop it here or continue with demands for who knows how long..

the customer is always offered a extended service contract that would cover many mechanical issues that may come up. With this vehicle having over 116,000 miles at the time of purchase the service contract was offered and the customer did decline ( signed paperwork stating that we offered the service contract and they declined ) The [redacted]’s purchased the 2010 Yukon on 10/27/2016 and brought it back to our service department on 12/29/2016 at that time we found out that it may need some work done to the transmission. They returned on 1/5/2017 and had our mechanic do a full diagnosis and found out that they did need to do some work in the transmission. After further research we found that it would be more cost effective for the customer to purchase a new transmission instead of repairing the old one. We are not con-artists and do not sell lemons. Every vehicle is inspected to ensure quality. Every customer test drives the vehicle. If there are any concerns about the vehicle the customer may take it to their own mechanic to be checked out. Every customer is offered an Extended Service Contact to cover mechanical issues that may come up…. We do everything we can to ensure that the customer is happy and will return for their next vehicle..
We have meet with customer and everything has been resolved.
We have done everything that we can for this customer and happy to hear that they got everything taken care of.
