Tammy and Joey know exactly what I want. I asked them to make a Built in Entertainment Center and Wow did they deliver. I was pleasantly Surprised at How fast they got it done. I asked for Of White Paint. Tammy suggested Egg Shell White. Boy, Was she rite. It stands out Beautifully. Thank you so much Tammy and Joey.

Salt Kettle was quick to give us an estimate and take a deposit in January 2022, claiming the install date would be June 2022. They never followed through on the renderings, never followed through on scheduling the install date.

We reached out in June to make sure things were still on track and we were told install would be in July. In July we were told that install would be pushed back to August, because the owner had a heart attack. In August we were told install had to be again pushed back because Salt Kettle needed to move into a new space and install would be the first week of October. At this time, I asked for a picture of the build, to which I was told, ita all in pieces because they install on-site. I said well show me the pieces, and I was told they couldn't right now. I said well I'll come to the shop and take a look, to which I was told, ok, but he would follow-up with a good time to come. Never received a follow-up.

First week of October, Salt Kettle again asked to delay the install. At this time, I requested our deposit back. After some pleading from owners, they agreed to return the funds by the end of the month. I followed up weekly to ask if they were still on track to return deposit. I received no response.

One day before the the deposit was to be returned, I receive a note from owner with a sob story about how she's had health issues, the deposit money was spent months ago on materials and labor, and she is attempting to refund us out of her own pocket, but has not gotten the Ok from her financial advisor.

The funds still have not been returned.

Salt Kettle's owners are less than honest. The work they complete is not normally what they promise, especially with the timing of delivery. As their previous landlord, I can say with certainty they do not manage the customer monies well. They stiffed me for nearly $30,000.00.

Farm House Corner Kitchen Table is loved by everyone who comes in my house. Done to my Specifications. Salt Kettle Design has done it again. My friend gave me their phone number and I'm so glad I called. Hopefully they can do my furniture for my house in the Pocanos. Thank you So much Salt Kettle.

Salt Kettle Designs do amazing work with great Craftsmanship. The items that I have purchased have been spot on. Nothing but Positive Reviews. I will definitely use them again. They have even done Built-ins, EntryWay Cabinets, My Bed Frame and Dresser. I cant wait to have my other room furnished by them. If you haven't used Salt Jettle Designs before you are missing out. My Dreams have been brought to reality with the Personalized Creations. I was 100% involved in Everything. Their attention to detail is spot on.

Salt and Kettle Designs is a scam. They are collecting deposits without any intention of ever actually doing the work or delivering your product. After months of waiting, Tammy claimed that our build was complete and would schedule "install dates" only to cancel with an excuse at the last minute. After weeks of this, we finally realized what was happening and asked for photo proof. They never provided us with a photo; either the question was outride dodged or we were given more excuses. This led us to do some digging and we discovered multiple other victims who had similar experiences and had their money stolen, which has prompted us to take legal action and file criminal complains with the police department and DA's office.

I do believe at one point they were actually building furniture but unfortunately this no longer seems to be the case. Don't learn the hard way like we did. Steer clear and spread the word.

Salt kettle designs is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Hirec them to make a farmhouse table the top of the table was a completely different species of wood than legs. Two different colors on top and bottom of table said they would redo and charged me $350 to change color found out they redid it the same color I orginally chose. Said they would refund me. Never did. Terrible business people and terrible workmanship

On August 5, 2019, I gave a deposit to Salt Kettle Designs (owned by Joseph and Tammy C) of $1192.00 on the construction of a jewelry armoire. Total cost was $2225.00, including delivery. Was told it would be completed by 12/31/19. On a monthly basis, I requested, via email and voice mail, updates on the progress of the construction. Many times both forms of communication were ignored, so I attempted to contact both of them again. On January 6, 2020, I was notified by text message from both of them that they were "ceasing further production on the progression of the progress of the project due to every month asking for a progress report." I was further told that the deposit would be returned in 60 business days. Sixty business days is over two and a half months. That amount of time is unacceptable in regard to refunding my money.
