I purchased a candle from the website Salt and Sea Apothecary on 11/4/19 and received a tracking number on 11/11/19. I never received the order and the tracking number never updated. I reached out twice and received an email apologizing for the postal unit not sending the item and that I would get a free candle on top of my actual order for the inconvenience, along with a new/correct tracking number. I was satisfied with this yet never received any other information, at that point I requested that I just get my money back but now the website says they are no longer in business and I have not received my money back or heard any other information.

Refund I would like my $26.50 back and do not wish to do business with this company in the future.
