that the vehicle was not keeping proper compression due to leaking fuel injectors. We informed the customer of the problem and did not charge him for any of the diagnosis. We allowed the customer to go buy his own parts for the vehicle in which he bought from [redacted] in Johnston. We installed the fuel injectors and spark plugs in the vehicle and had charged Mr. [redacted] $100.00 for the repairs far under what we would normally charge as we were doing this as a favor for him being a friend of a friend. The vehicle left our property running fine when Mr. [redacted] had called about a week or two later complaining his vehicle would not start. We determined that a secondary problem had arisen with Mr. [redacted]'s ECM or VAT system not allowing the vehicle to run. Mr. [redacted] declined all further repairs and left his vehicle in the lot unattended for about three months. We did not charge Mr. [redacted] $500.00 as stated nor did we steal his engine cover. We have a sign posted that we are not liable for any property left in our parking lot as it is unsecured. This complaint is a complete defamation of character and I personally am astonished of the accusations.
