Review: I purchased a truck in July with an extended warranty. After having the truck for one week it broke down they claimed it was the altneator after getting it back from repairs I was having trouble with the oil it was either leaking or burning I brought it back to them every week the add oil or have the problem fixed they "replaced both valve cover gaskets which still didn't not fix the problem I told them I no longer wanted the truck I was still within the 30 days and they told me that I was not covered by lemon law and to just wait it out until they got something really good for me to trade. My vehicle broke down numerous times with the same problems finally I was told that I could trade vehicles at the 6 month mark which come to find out was because their dealer license was suspended the whole time. I call the day I am suppose to trade and I am told the car is not ready yet. The next day the transmission in my truck went I had the vehicle towed to the shop where [redacted] said to me since you still have the extended warranty if u want me to cancel the sale on this truck and put you in another vehicle you have to let me use the extended warranty company to replace the transmission I agreed and he put me in another car and had the temp reg signed by my father. I was told that the sale of the truck would be canceled and all my payments will apply to this new car, but when we go to finally sign the contract after driving the new car for a month they try to take my truck and not give me any credit for anything I paid. The truck is still not in working order and they will not give me the car I was driving back.Desired Settlement: I want another vehicle that is in running and good condition that will pass inspection and not break down every other day
