OMG he got so mad as soon as I asked as if I committed a crimeHis anger was touching the sky - quickly he rinsed me off and asked if color was okay - I said yes and he said my services are done here and you can leave - I could believe my ear and I was like What - you dint even dry my hair and what about styling as that was included in the priceHe started screaming that I was rude - I have no idea how was I rude after waiting on that chair for minHe insulted me in front of all the staff and showed me the door.I got so scared with his behavior that I dint even utter word and I left with water dripping from my hairI could not believe and still I can't as how can someone be so rude to their clientHonestly I feel he has some Anger management issues and he should see the Dr so no other innocent clients have to go through so much as I didSo for my money I should have received the color and styling of my hair which I never receivedPlus I went through such a traumaAgain the story what he has narrated is just bunch of lies and crapI don't even want my money back from such a person - I think he should consider that money as a donation and get himself treated from a good DrIf you go online and check for reviews - This salon has horrible reviews Sincerely, [redacted] ***
the client purchased a Groupon for the services renderedShe explained to me that she wasn't totally satisfied with the end result and that the top seemed brassyI explained to her that I would be glad to fix it to her liking, but that we would need to reschedule an appointment to do so due to the
fact that I had another scheduled client coming inI then explained that I would actually be willing to do it that evening if she was willing to be worked along side of my next clientShe asked how much longer it would take and I explained that since I would be working her with my next client it would take some patience but that I was more than willing to do what she wantedShe decided to wait and see how she felt about it the following dayI said ok and to let me knowI never heard from the client. Unfortunately she decided to get it fixed elsewhere even though I was totally willing to make the correction for her at no costThe fact that she chose to go elsewhere is not my fault and will not be returning money to her for a service that I rendered and was willing to fix to her liking. Thank you, Heather H***
I am writing this email to address the complaint that has been assigned an ID of ***I have spoken in length with the stylist (***) about the complaint that has been made and have come to the conclusion that all services were rendered in completion and that the client should not receive a
refund due to this fact. I am also including a statement of what happened from ***'s perspective: "Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance with this customer/stylist situation. I, ***, recently placed an add on Groupon for my servicesThe complainant purchased a coupon from Groupon for my servicesI spoke with her on the phone where everything went smoothlyI decided to take her on as a clientThe client showed up for her appointment minutes late, but I decided to allow this even though it was eating into my next clients timeDid not think this was going to be a continuous action with our ongoing stylist/client relationshipI provided the complainant the services that were purchased through Groupon and then asked her if everything was to her likingShe acknowledged that it wasI would also like to add that the services that I provided at this time were above and beyond what she purchased through Groupon due to the fact that she purchased a coupon that included a simple highlight and I provided a color correction for the value of the couponShe loved my consistent color, cut, style, world class customer service and the fact that I provided food for her child during this service and decided to ask about ongoing servicesShe asked if I would be willing to provide my regular services for a discounted priceI explained that the Groupon price was a one time thing and that she would need to pay my fee's for services rendered For clarification, each stylist in this salon is personally contracted and we all schedule our own appointmentsThe complainant decided she would like me to provide my services again and instead of calling to schedule the appointment with me she called the shop numerous timesWhen unable to reach me and not calling me directly she took the liberty to show up at the salon in person, and the horror beganThe complainant advised my coworker that someone should be answering her calls and questions even though the self employed stylist was with a clientShe was then given my business card and told to call me directlyWithout knowing how she treated my coworkers I scheduled her next appointment when she calledI must admit, I was a bit upset when I found out that the complainant treated the rest of the staff so rudely, but I had already scheduled her 3:appointment While waiting for the complainant to arrive for her 3:appointment I received a text (which I can provide) at 2:stating that she will not be able to make the 3:appointment, but that she can make it at 4:Being that it was just a simple color retouch as stated in the text I didn't think that it would take more than an hour and that I would be able to finish in time for my next appointment (scheduled for 5:30), I accepted When the client arrived I mixed the color and about minutes into processing the complainant asked if she could leave with the color on her hair while it was processing and return when it was finished processingWhen I advised against this and she decided she still wanted to leave I asked for full payment upfront or $(the price I charge for a color service)She responded that I didn't ask for payment upfront the last time she was in and leftI explained that that was a Groupon and I would just submit a redemption code to receive paymentShe paid and then left against advisement and arrived back minutes after the color had finished processingNot angry or argumentative I asked the complainant over to the shampoo bowl and shampooed the color from her hairAs this was happening my 5:appointment arrived and I explained this to the complainant thinking that under the circumstances she would understand the time constraintI then provided a complimentary deep conditioning treatment so that I could start my next client. I then moved on to my next client with a plan of working them together so that both clients would be satisfied with the services they were being provided that evening. After being with my next client for about minutes the complainant stood from her chair and abruptly interrupted, "When are you going to be done with that client?" Not only rude to my coworkers, myself and now my next client I calmly advise, "I will be with you in a moment". When finished I work my way over to the complainant and proceed to quickly rinse the deep conditioning treatment that I added as a complimentary service even though she was the one that was late twice that eveningI then asked her to step to the mirror and take a close look at her colorShe replied that the color was "perfect"I then thanked the complainant for being a patron, removed the capeShe then said that I was not finished with the serviceI then explained that she paid for color which was $and that any other services rendered would be an additional charge, but since my next client had arrived I didn't have time for additional services this eveningI bid the complainant farewell, good luck elsewhere and showed her the door." Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter and please let me know if I can provide you with any other information regarding this matter *** *** Salon West Owner/Stylist

( I have all texts to show) and in spite of verbally agreeing to a price during phone appt he sent a text asking for more money but as it was last min and I had to get my color done I dint had a choice but to agree for what he was asking.I am tender head and I informed him same repeatedly that I m tender head still he continued to pull and pull my hair and advised me to get Advil medicine when I come.I reached dot at 4pm and he was not present I waited for 10 min asked his friend who even called him and said he was on his way - He was late himself by 20 min and he is blaming me ( Again lying). My house is very close to salon so while the color was getting processed I thought I can go and check on kids ( I even did last time during my visit) and he asked me for full payment even though his job was not finished - when I asked you will you style my hair as I get back he said Of course I would - little did I know what this man would become after getting the money. I came back ontime - While washing my hair, his other client showed up and he left the conditioner in my hair and went ahead to attend another client ( how rude is that) I was sitting in the chair for 45 min with shampoo/conditioner in my head. While leaving he said my next client just has bleach and it wont b long and he left, there was another stylist ( old guy) he was there with his wife, sister in law and his dog, cutting his sister in law's hair I guess - His wife asked me why are you sitting like this and when I narrated my story they said you should be charging him now for making you wait. His sister in law showed me pity and said how can someone leave you at the sink and start doing another person. After waiting for 45 min in socked hair ( which was never Deep conditioning as he is claiming) I got upset and stood from my chair and asked him politely - How long will it take? OMG he got so mad as soon as I asked as if I committed a crime. His anger was touching the sky - quickly he rinsed me off and asked if color was okay - I said yes and he said my services are done here and you can leave - I could believe my ear and I was like What - you dint even dry my hair and what about styling as that was included in the price. He started screaming that I was rude - I have no idea how was I rude after waiting on that chair for 45 min. He insulted me in front of all the staff and showed me the door.I got so scared with his behavior that I dint even utter word and I left with water dripping from my hair. I could not believe and still I can't as how can someone be so rude to their client. Honestly I feel he has some Anger management issues and he should see the Dr so no other innocent clients have to go through so much as I did. So for my money I should have received the color and styling of my hair which I never received. Plus I went through such a trauma. Again the story what he has narrated is just bunch of lies and crap. I don't even want my money back from such a person - I think he should consider that money as a donation and get himself treated from a good Dr. If you go online and check for reviews - This salon has horrible reviews.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: Heather never offered to fix my hair that night, nor did she offer to do it at no additional cost. She told me I could come back and would need to pay for toner, but with it being a week before Christmas I didn’t have the time to risk not getting my hair properly fixed (nor was I willing to give her a third chance). It was already after 6 pm, and I needed to get on with my evening, plus I wasn’t confident in giving her more money to complete services she never followed through on the first two times. As a reminder, I had already gone in once but she made an error with her schedule so I only got a hair cut. The second trip, which was to complete the services I paid for and that were advertised in the Groupon, was when I left with damaged hair. She was dishonest and misleading with what she advertised, and aside from wasting my time and money I had to seek out last-minute professional help to fix my hair before going home for the holidays and taking pictures with my family. I’m asking for $40 for the Groupon cost to be refunded (which is less than what I paid) plus the additional $50 I paid her which was tip and some erroneous $20 charge for product that she managed to tack on before I left with the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. If her reputation as a hair professional is not worth $90, then it’s obvious her business model is a sham.
Sincerely,
