Despite significant misgivings, we provided Ms. [redacted] with a full refund, along with the additional $70.00 she claimed was owed on August 4, 2014; before we received a copy of her instant complaint to the Revdex.com ("Revdex.com"). The amount was not paid because we believed her complaint was meritorious; to the contrary, we denied, and continue to deny that we damaged her hair, and/or failed to perform within reasonable expectations. The Revdex.com should also note that: (i) Ms. [redacted] utilized our services, although, by her own admission, we were not her regular hair Stylists; (ii) she observed the entire process, but made no complaint during her session, and/or when the session was completed; (iii) she paid her bill in full without reservation; and (iv) she actually provided a monetary tip to the stylist. We have been in business for more than 30 years, and, as appropriate, can provide numerous assurances from our own customers concerning their satisfaction with our services and materials.
