Review: I brought my teen in for a hair straightening at Salon H. Heather, the owner, did not complete the job and charged me $500, full price.

Salon owner charged me full price for hair straightening not completed and not explained why until after I had paid over $500. She stated she could not finish the treatment due to hair damage. I asked her why she did not tell me before she started the treatment so that we did not have to pay for having nothing be done? She did not answer. I asked her for a refund, she refused. I asked her for a credit, she refused. I asked her to redo the treatment, she refused. This is not right, she should not be able to do this to people. Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
