She paid cash and leftAfter checking it was $short and we called to explain and she returned and paid the balanceAgain she said she was happyWe told her instructions to care for her hair treatment but she said she knows about hairWe advised against some things she wanted to doLater, she said she was not happy with the treatment and asked for a refundI tried to work with her but offered to mail it but she wanted to return the next day and pick it upShe did return and we provided itEven with the refund she posted negative reviews on social media about the salon and me personallyI eventually contacted an attorney for guidance
