Salon Elite

I walked into SALON ELITE with light brown hair and caramel highlights asking for them to be freshened up. After 9 hours and two visits to SALON ELITE, I have very blond hair, orange dark black and blond leopard spots in my hair and two black streaks on each side of my temples with spotty blond sections halfway down the strand. I was told by the hairdresser [redacted] how much it was going to cost HER to try and fix HER mistakes. She wouldn't even listen to me, only argued that it looked fine to her, and my only option was to dye my hair dark brown??? She didn't even apologize. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager [redacted], and 5 days later he had the nerve to leave me a message saying I made HIS staff uncomfortable. They REFUSE to correct their mistakes. The worst customer service I have ever had. [redacted], you should be ashamed for not even speaking to me, or taking the time to see for yourself what your staff did to my hair before refusing to help fix it. Shame on YOU!!! [redacted]
