Review: The salon has robbed many people of their money, they closed the business down without contacting their customers and took our money. I purchased a [redacted] through Salon Chamou for $199 (I paid $169 because of a promo code) and then proceeded to make an appointment for my treatment. I purchased the [redacted] on December [redacted] and they told me they were "booked" until January [redacted]. I said fine, and when the time came, I went to my appointment to find the business was completely closed down, I was so confused so I googled the salon hours. Soon enough, I saw on [redacted] other people complaining that they had been in the same situation and paid the business for services and never received them. The name of the [redacted] is [redacted], "[redacted]t". I am furious because [redacted] does not give your money back in the form of cash unless they can get the money back from the business. Which in this case, is merely impossible since they closed down and no longer have their phones in service. So now, I have "[redacted] bucks" that I don't intend on spending, and I really want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back directly from the business or from [redacted] on my credit card, not in the form of [redacted] bucks which are useless to me. I also want [redacted] to get in touch with [redacted] and give everyone that money back since now he is probably rich and stole ,only from innocent people.
