Salon Bellissimo

Hi, I have tried to help this client her color and cut came out awesomeI as the owner and look d at her hair and their was nothing wrong with itWhat she wanted could not be done it would of damaged her hairI re cut her hair to her liking to make her happyIf I thought I could do what she wanted without damaging her hair I would of been more then happy toShe got charged for a great color services sorry she didn't like the price, but we are a very professional salon and use high quality of products and colorThank you, Sincerely, Lisa

I am rejecting this response because: I think that Lisa is confusing me with another client. I have not been to another hairdresser. My hair is exactly the way that it was when I visited Salon Bellissimo, except for the fact that the color got even
lighter and turned gold, orange and very brassy. In response to Lisa's accusations, I am not prosecuting anyone and I do not go on facebook or yelp. I don't even know what Yelp is. I don't go on twitter or anything else of that kind. I did not make any accusations. I did not threaten Lisa or anyone else at Salon Bellissimo. I did not write or send Lisa a letter. I have not put down Lisa or Salon Bellissimo or anyone from the salonI am telling my story to the Revdex.com exactly the way it happened. I did mention to Lisa when I was there that I had no idea how expensive this was going to be and if I am going to pay this kind of money that I need to be happy with my results. Lisa did not attempt to fix my color or my highlights. Lisa, looked over my hair and told ME that my color was fine Lisa corrected my hair cut only, Which I LOVE. Although Lisa and Jody said that they want me to be happy, they know that I am not happy with the color and the highlights and they are not offering to do anything about it. I am not attacking Lisa or anyone else. I just want what I paid for and if I can't get it, then I would like a refund, excluding the two haircuts. I was not happy the first time that I was there and I let Lisa and Jody know about it. I went back to Salon Bellissimo a second time to give them the opportunity to correct my hair. I was very specific about what I wanted and gave them a lot of information about my hair in order to help them in the process, on both visits. If Lisa's accusations are not due to some confusion on her part, I resent the accusations against me. This could be considered harassment and defamation of character. I am a honest, caring and considerate person and I would not try to hurt anyone or their livelihood intentionally and I would not make up stories. I would also like to say that I did not go to Salon Bellissimo for corrective color, I went to have my hair colored with highlights and a hair cut. I have called Lisa on several occasions and left a message for her and she has not returned my calls. I am not going to ignore this situation, this is why I contacted the Revdex.com.
I like Lisa and Jody and if Lisa would like to call me when she has time to discuss what she will do to rectify this matter, I would be happy to speak with her
