We do service for *** *** *** *** and were sent to the *** home to service her applianceWe needed a part and her home warranty said they would send it to us and it has not arrived at our office to be installed on the *** applianceThe $fee is charged to her through
her home warranty company so if she wants it back she needs to call them for a refundWe are just contractors for her warranty company and have no control of parts for themWe are extremely sorry she is not happy but we have not been paid for her job either until it is completedTo ruin our company name for the fault of another company she has a contract with is just wrong and we do expect a retraction of this complaint against us and an apology for the actuations that we did something wrongHer problem is with *** When the part arrives we will be more that happy to put it on and get her appliance back to working orderHave a blessed day

The repairs were not covered by your warranty company. We agreed to come put the door back on the unit and even had a set date and time frame for the customer however the customer wanted us to install a new door which she had purchased herself in which she only let us know today once we let her know...

the time frame we would be out for the old door. We were only authorized by the warranty company to install old door and have to abide by our contract with the warranty company. We have verified time and time again with the warranty company on if repairs were covered and they are not. We did agree to put on your OLD oven door but were not authorized to install the new one. After threatening on your part we feel it is not a safe environment in which we should send our technician out at any point to your home any further. We stand by our work and by our technicians
