We have verified time and time again with the warranty company on if repairs were covered and they are not. We did agree to put on your OLD oven door but were not authorized to install the new one. After threatening on your part we feel it is not a safe environment in which we should send our technician out at any point to your home any further. We stand by our work and by our technicians
