Dear [redacted] ***,In response to the complaint you received our response is as follows.The client came in for a cut and colorShe left feeling as though she was overcharged for services she was not made fully aware of and did not receiveShe sent us an email with her complaint the following day Friday, April The following Tuesday the email was seen and we immediately contacted the clientWe let her know that if she would have called right away we would have had the opportunity to resolve her issues and come to an agreement that she would be satisfied withShe was offered a credit for the services she felt she was overcharged forShe accepted the offer and agreed at that time to come in for a haircut with someone elseShe has an appointment on May 25thIt is our intention to make sure that all of our clients are made fully aware of the cost of any service added on or discussed at the time of their appointmentOur employees are instructed to do soIt is also our intention to retain the client as a regular client of the salon.Regards,Salon Addora
