I co-own Salon with my partner Sara B*** We have been in business for over years and have an excellent reputation in the community as evidenced by our Google+ page and Facebook page We strive to please each and every one of our guests, because we believe an excellent reputation
is our best marketing strategyWith that in mind, we do guarantee all our work If a guest of ours is not happy with their results, we fix any issues to the best of our abilities We are reluctant to offer refunds as a solution, because:
(1) we have product costs and labor costs already invested in the service
(2) we have (almost always) performed the requested and agreed upon service
(3) fixing the issue, rather than refunding, offers us the opportunity to (hopefully) earn the guests continued business by delivering excellent results
(3) fixing the issure offers the stylist who performed the service the opportunity to learn from the situation and try to avoid the same situation from arising in the future
(4) results are subjective and services can be costly, so any client could SAY they are dissatisfied and demand a refund after the work has been done
We do ask that clients let us know as soon as possible if they are unhappy with their results, because hair does grow out and color does fade over time If we agreed to fix issues too long after the initial service, we never be able to charge clients for a second service We are truly sorry we were not able to meet this guest's expectations

You have very poor reviews on many sites and mine is includedYou will not be earning my business back.
I am more than willing to take this up with my credit card company and tell them I don't approve the charges

I am sorry you are not satisfied with the service you received. In my opinion, we have made reasonable effort to resolve the problem, but our proposed solutions do not seem to be to your satisfaction. We have performed services at your request and have time and materials invested. In light of this, and my staff's description of events, I am unwilling to provide a refund.
