I had my hair done by Memee on 7/25/20 with a quote of a price of $125. And since she had 2 apt scheduled for that day, I said I would rather come back when she is available. She texted me Back after seeing her for a consult, that she had cancellations that day. So an apt was scheduled for 530.We scheduled an apt for 530. Upon arriving she had 3 people waiting for her. I was a bit confused as to why she had people waiting for her if her since her appointments 'canceled'. I traveled an hour and didn't expect to see a wait. I asked to sit on the opposite side of the beauty salon and she said ok and to perform hair service. Needless to say, that she was overbooked and was rushing with everyone. I made it clear that I did not want my hair to be overpriced. She gave me an excuse that her products come with a 'timer'. I waited over an hour with hair dye and lighter and stood up on two separate occasions as a reminder that I was still there. Finally she rinses my hair and I'm asking her, how did it come out'She kept giving me positive feedback, so I trusted her. The service as she indicated and were agreed on was the following: partial highlighting, lighten the previous highlights she did, dye my grays and hair treatment all for $125. I left the salon at 9:15. Now with no natural sun light in the salon or lighting I could not properly see the work she did. So on Sunday, I saw the awful work she did.I texted her my concerns and complaint and asked for a refund. She began to use profanity, told me to f@ off!, stop calling her, that I'm making her sick, and started to say I was harassing her. Not the case, First of all, I was the one who paid for these services and services were NOT rendered as promised. Furthermore, I paid $145 after she quoted me $125. I did not want any problems. But I walked away with the problems. Her customer service and professionalism are to be questioned. The fact that she did not sanitize, disinfect or cleaned her work station after every client was a violation.
