On 6/24/20, I had a 'new' client' appt. for hair color. I had a pre-set formula sent to colorist which she was familiar with. Their service pricing was listed on their website. I was charged ($165) $45 more than the highest price listed for a color/blow dry. By 7/21 the color was fading out badly on the top while the ends were noticeably darker. I texted colorist on 7/21. She texted the same day agreeing to redo my color. I asked her to get back to me. I never heard back from her for an appt. On 8/3/20 I sent another text. She replied that I had waited too long and would charge me an additional $165 to recolor. I offered to pay a $50 product charge, but could not justify paying $238 for this service. She admitted the website pricing list was outdated and would not agree to honor the original promise to redo my color. This was poor service and even poorer business ethics.
