I've had great results with my wall to wall carpet, but they took a 10X12 from a friend in June and I'm still trying to get it fixed. It came back clean, but too wrinkled to walk on. Someone keeps telling me they will resolve the issue, but all I get is "I'll call you" and no one calls.

Was quoted a price of $59.00 for basic cleaning of my living room/dining area carpet. Tech said due to the soiled areas it would need a "deep cleaning." I agreed that my carpet had some bad spots and asked what the additional charge would be. He said he would have to talk to his Boss. He went outside and came back in and starting working. I thought if he had the additional cost he would have let me know. My mistake! Not till I realize that he is done am I then made aware my bill is now $259.00 I told him and his Boss I should have been made aware of this total before services were rendered. Boss agreed and took $39.00 off. I am partly to blame for assuming. Never will do business with them again. .
