I am rejecting this response because:credit not issued 9/20.....but 9/23, only after store contacted by *** and *** Credit Card Store refused to cancel until you
contacted themThe important thing for us id that, with your and *** help, we git a refund But despie dpending about 5,on gedding in past with this store,mthey were not only responsive but eclair ned to be s they messed up because of employee isdues but would still not refubd Thanks for your help.

I spoke to the client September 28th and confirmed the refund we submitted September 20th was received.
