I have to constantly contact someone to come fix issues under warranty. Now they are refusing to take care of issues regardless of warranty.
Every time I have an issue with my house, it takes me at least a couple of phone calls and days for someone to get back to me. Once they do come, they rarely fix the issue in whole such as sloppily painting a spot they had missed. Another instance was with a bathroom door that wasn't installed correctly, they came to "fix it", it came undone and it took at least two weeks for someone to come fix it completely. Now I'm having issues with my bathroom counter tops staining. At least 3 people have come by to try to "fix it" and always tell me someone else would stop by and contact me, which they don't. During each of those times, I had to constantly contact someone to come back. Now they are saying that they don't want to cover it, trying to blame the cleaner that I use even though none of the other countertops have those issues. It seems like they are trying to let the warranty period expire and not fix anything.
