of ($450.00) for the medications billed on December 31st and the overcharges of the medication in December.  It was explained to [redacted] that the medications were sent and received twice in December due to the timing of when the medications have to be taken within a 28 day period of time, so the patient did receive the medications twice in December (this was explained to [redacted] in February and March).   We explained to her that the overcharge would be credited to [redacted]'s account in the amount of $272.68 (credit issued in February).  Also, attached is the revised statement and apology letter to [redacted].    [redacted]'s credit card was charged for the December and January medications, and a credit was issued in the amount of $272.68 for the December medications.  We did not charge [redacted]'s visa for February, but instead applied part of the credit to the balance due in February in the amount of $164.44, and issued a refund to [redacted]'s credit card in the amount of 108.24 (see attached statement).  As of February, [redacted] has a zero balance, which does not included March medications. We did apologize to [redacted] several times by phone and by letter with an explanation for the December charges, and inform her of the credit that would be issued.  [redacted] is continuing to receive medications from Saliba's Extended Care in March 2015.

Review: I was overcharged over $450 in December. The company has admitted this but will not refund the money. I have called weekly, only to be told the "supervisors" had to approve the refund. They will not and so not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: Refund this immediately and apologize.
