? I am rejecting this response because:I would like to know when I can expect this matter to be resolved.? It is going on almost two months since Hyland Motors was made aware of the problem and request for reimbursement for
repairs on the baler was made.? Also would like a response on getting the pto shaft for the Ford which we were supposed to get and didn't get when the tractor was delivered and also response to the hour parts/labor and engine repair bill as mentioned in my complaint.? Thank you
