The most frustrating part of this whole thing is that no one reached out via phone. I would have happily given my credit card information right then and there if someone had.

I was completely unaware that this was a billable service that could be taken to collections; I was always under the impression this was a subscription type service where if I did not want or did not pay for the service then it would just not be available to me and be canceled.

The reason for the issues with my payment and contact information was caused by my vehicle being broken into in which my wallet and laptop, among many other things, were stolen. This required me to cancel my credit card and compromised my email account. It has taken me months to get this back up and running correctly.
