Robbed & Scammed
I ordered (1) 30 day supply of Spark Keto and (1) 30 day supply of Spark Garcinia on 06/08/20 for shipping charges of $9.94. On 06/24/20 my credit card was charged $69.95 by TERANOS*FORSKOL and no products ordered or received. Then on 06/25/20 my credit card was charged $79.95 by NXT1KETO.COM with no products ordered or received. No one answers the phone or returns emails. I've asked for credit of the charges to be returned. This is definitely a scam and dishonest business. How much longer will these people be allowed to continue to take advantage of people?

Refund my stolen money.

If I could take away the one star I am giving to this company I would. I would red flag it so much that it would be harder to use the company for anything rather than purchase their products at all. I agreed to try a product for free, just pay for them to ship it to me. Then I got charged for the full price of the product not too long after receiving it. A month later I was charged again, and more than before. I called and they did answer the phone (I was happy for no recording prompts). The lady was short with me the entire call. She asked me a handful of times if I was offered a lower price if I would be willing to continue getting products. I said absolutely not, I told her this each time she asked. I asked her how to go about getting any refund. She said I could keep my products and she would give me 25% refund. I said I do not want to keep any products I am willing to ship my free trial back, but after that I did not ever receive anything and am still being charged. She said that I have a shipment on the way now. I asked to cancel the subscription and future charges. I asked why I was charged last month and this month when I have only gotten the trial. She said the first charge was for my free trial and the next was for my shipment on the way now. I requested my money back for the trial and to cancel shipment and I would mail anything I do get back. She offered 40% refund and no need to return things. I declined. I have been charged a total of $144.90 [NOT including the shipment [$9.94] I paid for the free trial because that is the only thing I was agreeing to]. She told me there was also a restocking fee if I return product of $9.00. I told her that was fine she can take the 9.00 off what was owed to me and send the remaining $135.89 in refund. She told me I was outside a 30 day period and she can not do that and gave me a number 342 and hung up on me. She was short with me but never raised her voice. I asked how I return product. She said I have to call back when I get the new shipment to get a return code and the address. I asked if I could please have the address now and she refused indefinitely to give it to me. I was very nice to her and trying to understand what she said when talking was difficult. I don't appreciate that she just hung up when she is in customer service and speaking to someone who was not irate, or mad, or loud, or disrespectful.

I purchased products on line. After that I received an additional charge for $69 and a week later another charge for $79. I contacted the company by email without a response and when I called I got hung up on. I'm trying to understand why I received the additional charges.

Both charges state "subscriptions" and I did not request anything but the original purchase. No one answers the phone or returns emails and I cannot stop these subscriptions I didn't request. I've asked for credit of the April charges. This is definitely a scam and dishonest business as there are at minimum 4 business names, 3 FL addresses, and MANY phone numbers = none of which seem legitimate.

I ordered Flash Keto from them once I did not sign up for auto ship and now they keep sending me orders and charging me product does not work
ordered once Keto Flash and Garcinia, did not sign for auto ship now being charged $159. and sending more, product does not work. I emailed them and left message on the phone number provided.
