Hi, We have a financial agreement that indicate clearly the no-show fees that we will enforce in case the patient missed appointments, and it is not $100 it is actually $50 or 75% of the visit charge whichever grater, we don't enforce it in 99% of the cases because this is not our goal in fact...

our goal is the patient care. In this case many appointments has been missed and when our staff try to get a hold of the patient there was no respond, a respond could of eliminate all of this plus it will resolve any balances remaining on the account other than the no show fees because we offer payment plans and hardship discounts when it is proofed. The no show fees has been waived because the collection agency called us and informed us about the patient situation in general and out of curtsey we waived the no show fees. there is no document of a phone call and a service denial.Hope this is sufficient to solve this complaintThank you
