I had laser hair removal on my face at their facility in July 2013 and received scaring from the procedure. The scaring is V shapes and lines on my face. I went back and was told that I did not have any scaring from their procedure that I had scaring from the electrolysis hair removal that I had years ago. I certainly know my face and that this scaring occurred from their laser hair removal. I noticed the scaring the same day. Hoping that this was only temporary I did not notify Allure until my next scheduled appt. I was not offered a full refund but was charged for the procedure and a $50.00 handling fee. I have visited a dermatologist and was advised that I should never had laser hair removal due to the fairness of my skin and hair. I was not advised this at Allura and now have horrible scaring. The only treatment to soften the scaring is another laser procedure. I want others to be advised of the way they treat their patients.
