It only takes common sense to read all procedure's no matter what business you go to!! We never yelled or cursed back at them, my employee just kept telling the customer to stop cursing and yelling cuz he was scaring our other customers and their children!! They were the ones not showing any respect, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all sensor's are turned of! And as far as a refund, we will not do it, because services rendered!! All was completed!! And yes I did apologize to them, but could not hear me with all the cursing and yelling they were doing!! And our staff including myself treat our customer's with the respect they deserve!! We never yelled or cursed back at them, so who needs to be trained here!!
