In November of I gave Dave Salela $15,to start building us a lake homeHe got a building permit, ordered soil boring studies and stopped at that pointHe never finished the promised contract, failed to pay the study invoice of $3,160, until October when finally threatened by the company with a law suit, and stopped all work on our projectI have been in contact with him and asked for him to return $10,000, the approximate amount I felt he owed meHe has made numerous promises to me to repay, but not one penny has been recoveredToday I sent him notice I was adding 5% interest now and 1% per month from now onI don't want to litigate but will if there is no resolution
