Review: On December 27, 2015 I ordered and promptly paid for two camera systems from them. I had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. Then I contacted the seller and thought if I ordered some memory cards, maybe that would work. I ordered those on January 11th. Again, nothing but problems with the cameras. They've never worked. I, over and over again, contacted the seller and asked for a refund. They kept dodging the refund process and putting the repair and/or troubleshooting on me. I finally told them that fixing the cameras is not my problem. Issue me a refund. It took me two weeks to do that. They sent me a shipping label, I sent "all" the items back and they received "all" of them on February 3rd, 2016. They still have not refunded my money and now they are lying and saying I didn't send everything back. THAT IS A LIE!!! I put everything in one box and I even sent back the second label they sent me so that they could ask for a refund on the shipping because I didn't need two shipping labels. I have all the emails back and forth with them and copies of the tracking labels and the tracking information through [redacted]

They new the cameras were faulty when they sent them and now they are accusing me of lying to keep from issuing me a refund. If Revdex.com has an email address I can send all the emails to, please send it to me.Desired Settlement: I want my $93. 98
