*** ** ***Dear *** ***We received the complaint made by *** *** and looked into the matter, we checked our records and stock room.There is NO record of a white leather jacket on hold, on order or ready to be picked up!Customer do not have
any store receipt stating that she placed an order, lay away or exchange of any kind, a credit card statement showing her spending money in the store does not mean we owe anything, most transactions are "cash and carry" we are in business for over decades and are not out to cheat customers but cannot address every customer claim that has no record other than credit card statement and month later.Thank you,Delancey Leather,Store manager

Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to a complaint filed with your office from *** ***. I am sorry that she had an issue with her ringWe sold her a beautiful, but delicate ring*** is a long time customer and of course we want to make this right with herI don’t know what
happened to the ring, she bought it from us and then several days later came back saying that one of the prongs had broken offPerhaps she banged it and just didn’t realize it. I called her about days ago and told her I want to make it rightI told her to come to our store and I would switch it out for another ringShe has not been by, but this offer still is offered if she wants it.Thank you,*** ***
