If you have a Billing Number on your form, then you will only have to pay the Rolling in most cases but not all. The other government fees will be paid by your Requesting Agency or Employer depends on your billing numbers. If your billing number only covers FBI fees or Doj fees, you will have to pay the remaining amount what is not covered by billing number. Billing number dosn,t covers the entire amount unless you have a billing number directly through us.
