I placed an online order for delivery for this location on September 6, 2019. I received a call afterwards from the store that delivery was not an option. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and was told my refund would be noted on my account in 2-3 days. I never received a refund. I placed calls to the location and spoke to the manager who told me she didn’t know why my order wasn’t refunded. She told me “My DM has to take care of it.” I was told again that I should expect my refund in a few days. I have yet to receive my refund or any further communication about my concerns
