we did repairs based off estimate supplied by geicoas far as the door latch, the insurance company only wrote to check it not to repair itthey felt it was not part of the losswe made some adjustments for her the day she picked the car up and while doing that she put the drivers side door
window down so that we could look through the window to see the message on the dashafter we were done checking the door she couldn't put the window back upwe never touched the window nor did we try to roll it back up until she came in and said it wasn't workingshe left the car for us to try and get the window back up for her and the next morning our body man got the window back up and explained to her that he felt it was the window switch as it would work intermittently which would lead us to believe it was just worn out and not part of the lossWe are not responsible for this nor will we except liabilityour estimator did contact the insurance company to see if they would except the liability for the door lock and window problem and they said no as they felt it was not part of the loss as well
