Review: I purchased two $50 gift certificates as Christmas gifts for family members not knowing that these family members will never go back to Sakura because of very poor quality and rude staff they had weeks before I made the purchase. they advised that though the restaurant was open for lunch they would have to wait a half hour for the grill to heat up. When asked if they could order something else the staff member was rude and said "No, I told it was a half hour wait!" So these family members got up and left the restaurant.So later I called Sakura and advised them I wanted to get a refund for the gift certificates andspoke to the [redacted] who said the gift certificates were non-refundable! There was no apology for the poor service at all. This is why I am filing this complaintDesired Settlement: I want $100 refund for the two $50 gift certificates I purchased.
