On August 2, 2016, RSL Funding reached out to Mr [redacted] and he responded on the same day asking if we could beat a competitor’s offerOn August 2, we replied with a competitive quote, per the customer’s request There was no further communication from Mr [redacted] , however we did continue to market to Mr [redacted] as an active lead On April, 7, 2017, Mr [redacted] sent us an email at 5:pm requesting that we remove him from all communication, and we immediately did so If Mr [redacted] can provide some documentation of his requests to be removed on earlier dates, we would be happy to investigate further, however at this time we have no record that these alleged prior requests were made
