The only statement I wish to make on this is that the business is lying about not receiving a request from me to remove my name from their mailing lists. Otherwise I would never had contacted you to make a complaint.
On August 2, 2016, RSL Funding reached out to Mr. [redacted] and he responded on the same day asking if we could beat a competitor’s offer. On August 2, 2016 we replied with a competitive quote, per the customer’s request. There was no further communication from Mr. [redacted], however we did...
continue to market to Mr. [redacted] as an active lead. On April, 7, 2017, Mr. [redacted] sent us an email at 5:31 pm requesting that we remove him from all communication, and we immediately did so. If Mr. [redacted] can provide some documentation of his requests to be removed on earlier dates, we would be happy to investigate further, however at this time we have no record that these alleged prior requests were made.
